Today marks the 9 years anniversary of the tragic death of singer Aalyah Dana Haughton. Back in 2001 Aaliyah and 7 other people died in a tragic plane crash after leaving The Bahamas from filming her video for her song "Rock The Boat". We all know what happened on that day and yes it's very sad, but today we are celebrating Aaliyah's life and legacy. She was and still is loved by many and you still hear her music on radio stations around the world. Her personality & her timeless music will always be remembered as ONE IN A MILLION.
